Gale Homes has been in business in the Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch area since 1997. In the intervening time we have supported a number of good causes and charities. Through our family charity, the Gale Foundation Trust, we are able to help more worthy causes than ever before.

As a long established local company we have gained invaluable experience & knowledge of our area and have built up a very good team of architects, town planners & surveyors with whom we work using the talents of these specialists. We have taken many projects on from scratch, dealing with the myriad of government & environmental organisations to gain planning permission on new sites, conversions & the refurbishment of existing properties.

We have built small estates of homes to one off bespoke houses, converted old pubs into commercial and residential developments and have restored and converted Victorian villas into luxury apartments. We have also dealt with larger applications dealing with strategic land planning involving hundreds of homes.

We are always looking for new projects, whether it be bare land, properties in need of refurbishment, large residential, commercial & industrial properties with scope to develop or for investment only. We are happy to buy conditionally or unconditionally and can offer a very quick purchasing ability.
